Hello Boudreau

This has to be one of my favorite pictures on Pinterest. I accidentally keep pinning it over and over so I figured it was time I pulled some products. This outfit looks super comfy; from the t-shirt to the elastic-waist white pants. This technically could be pajamas for all we know... but with a dressy clutch, coral lipstick & black heels she's ready for a night on the town.

Katie Ermilio isn't just an amazing designer who studied fashion in school; she was born into it. Her grandfather was Grace Kelly's personal clothier/stylist and he designed the iconic green Master's jacket worn at Augusta's golf tournament (so cool). Needless to say good style runs in her genes (and jeans).

Katie started designing clothes from the time she was 12 years old. Her father & grandfather are the two best-dressed men she knows.

She held internships at Vogue in the fashion and features department until she took a permanent job at Teen Vogue in Public Relations. She designs clothing pieces that are a modern interpretation of timeless classics.


Her 2012 spring line has to be my favorite of anything I've seen this season.

Happy Friday!! After the long work-day I'm headed to Venice for the weekend! My younger sister has a horse show all weekend long in Venice and I love watching her ride! She's such a strong competitor and her horse is a beauty! She's movin' on up, and so are the jump heights!

The horse show grounds are 5 minutes from Venice Beach; I'm looking forward to catching a little sun at some point over the weekend. Venice Beach is a beautiful city on the Gulf of Mexico. Venice is famously known as Shark Tooth Capital of the World, they even have an annual festival called "The Shark's Tooth Festival" to celebrate the abundance of shark's teeth that they find on their coast. SO I DOUBT i'll be doing any swimming. 

I'm really looking forward to a get-a-way, even if it's only a couple hours from home!
